In Person Counseling Session

Individual counseling sessions provide in-depth assistance for a broad range of clinical issues. The first session involves a full “intake” evaluation and design of a tailored program. On average, 3-5 visits are scheduled at 2-4 week intervals. This enables proper individualization of the program, as well as sufficient follow-up. The first "intake" session may take as much as an hour. Subsequent visits are generally 30-45 minutes. Some clients may choose to be seen on an ongoing basis, while others may simply benefit from attending a single “wellness” counseling session.
